Return & Refund Policy

At LumoCrafts, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. After that, we’re unable to accept returns.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in original, unused, and undamaged condition
  • Show no signs of installation (wires or chains must not be cut or altered)
  • Be returned in its original packaging

If the original packaging is missing, a $50 repackaging fee per item will apply.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Individual parts sold separately

Shipping Costs & Store Credit

Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable once your order has shipped.

If you return your first order, we’ll issue Return Store Credit equal to the shipping cost you actually paid, which can be used toward a future purchase.

Important:

·       Return Store Credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

·       Return Store Credit can only be applied to a purchase where at least 50% of the order total is paid with your own funds.

·       Return Store Credit is only issued on your first return.

Example:

·       You paid $50 in shipping on your first order. You receive $50 in Return Store Credit.

·       To use it, your next order must be at least $100. You could use $50 Return Store Credit and pay $50 from your own payment method.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
  2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging or equivalent safe packaging.

We insure all return shipments, but until the insurance claim is resolved, you are responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping. Please keep all tracking info and documentation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method

Deductions may include:

  • Original and return shipping costs
    (You’ll receive store credit for these on your first return)
  • Repackaging fee — $50 per item — only if the original packaging is missing

Please allow 5–7 business days from inspection for your refund to be processed. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If your original payment method is no longer valid, we’ll issue store credit for the refund amount.

Damaged, Faulty, or Lost Items

Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If you’re storing them for later (e.g. during a renovation), be sure to check them first — the 3-day claims window still applies.

1. Faulty Items
If your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 3 days. We’ll provide return instructions and arrange a replacement or refund.

2. Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

3. Lost Shipments
If your item hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, let us know. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it and will replace or refund the order if it’s confirmed lost.

Exchanges

If you'd like something different, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is accepted. We're happy to help with this process if needed.
